Starting and finishing in Trefriw in the Conwy Valley, this is one of my regular rides, so respect! It starts with a killer climb of 1,400 ft in under 2 miles, but after that, it's a couple of hours of really enjoyable high-level rides along old mining tracks and railway lines, with great views. Total ride is 22 miles with 3,500 feet of climbing. |

A 25 mile 4,000ft circuit starting from Trefriw in the Conwy Valley. The route is mainly forest track, with one very technical descent and a bit of walking. On the back leg, you can take in the last third of the Marin Trail before returning to Trefriw. |

You might have to force your GPS to start at waypoint 1 because I only turned my GPS on a couple of km out of Llandrillo and had to add the start of the route in manually so the track points aren't in proper sequence. Two big ups and two big downs. |
